Baxter Autosyringe AS50A
The Baxter AS50A can use the same off-the-shelf syringes as the AS20S and AS40A, but has more sophisticated programming capability. It can be programmed in either the continuous mode, using keypad entry of syringe type, units, body weight and concentration, or by timed infusion mode (enter total amount, doses, and time of delivery). The pump can be programmed in ml/hour, mg/hr, mcg/hr, mg/min, mcg/min, mcg/kg/hr, mcg/kg/min, mg/kg/hr, or mg/kg/min. A Protocol Library feature is available to store infusion programs commonly used by the home care company. Standard accessories include pole clamp and AC adapter unit.
